Do I buy tickets per household or per person that is virtually attending? All tickets are per-person. Can I attend the Gala on any device? Yes! However, your experience will be better on a laptop, smart TV or iPad with a strong internet connection.
Can I access my tickets on multiple devices at a time? (i.e. have the auction open on my iPad while watching the event on my smart tv or laptop). Yes. A few days before the Gala, you will receive instructions and information through your email to access the event. It will include the password to access the live stream (entertainment, MCs, speeches, etc.), information about bidding on the live auction while watching the stream, and further details you will need to know.
How do I bid on the live auction while watching the MC and auctioneer at the same time? You will be able to attend the Gala all on one screen. On the night of the Gala, the instructions sent to you will walk you through the platform to access the live stream, the live auction and the chat section.
How do I access the Gala? You will access the Gala through Trellis.org. A few days before the event, you will receive further information about the stream and a password to enter the live stream and chat.
Is there a deadline for ticket purchases? Yes. The deadline to purchase tickets with a meal option is April 23, 2021.
Can I buy tickets to access the Gala right up until the day of? Yes, however, you will be unable to purchase tickets with a meal option.
What is different this year from being online vs. in person? Although there is no place like home, your gala experience will encompass the best aspects of previous galas and even more!
What happens if my Wi-Fi cuts out? All events held online have a risk of internet concerns. If your household runs into internet breakouts, unfortunately, little can done on our end. However, if something comes up or happens and you cannot attend the Gala due to technical difficulties, please reach out to Sarah Stone, Special Events Coordinator, to receive a recorded session of the Gala. Please allow five business days to receive the link.

I don't live within the delivery radius. How can I attend? Not a problem! You can purchase tickets without a meal at a reduced rate. Please contact Sarah Stone, Special Events Coordinator, at Sarah.S@trentonmfrc.ca.
How do I participate in the silent auction? Anyone can participate in the silent auction! To participate, you will need to place your credit card details in the Trellis.Org app.
How do I participate in the live auction? Only guests of the Invisible Ribbon Gala can participate in the live auction. To secure your ticket, contact Sarah at Sarah.S@TrentonMFRC.ca
Do I need to be home when my meal is delivered? You do not need to be home when your meal is delivered. However, it is best to ensure the meal is taken inside and properly stored until the Gala.
What happens if I am not home to collect my Invisible Ribbon gala meal and it's raining? If you are not home to collect your meal, not to worry! Your items will be packaged and protected in a navy blue gable box and your one-of-a-kind Invisible Ribbon Gala gifts in a red gift bag. These will protect your food and gifts from elements of the rain. We encourage you to be home to collect the items between 4 - 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 8.
